Hi, my name is Lucas Botelho and I am a sophomore at The British School of Rio de Janeiro’s Barra site. I am extremely grateful and excited to be chairing the Roman Empire Committee alongside Santiago. Our main goal for TBSRJMUN XXI is to make the most out of our committee by ensuring you all have an excellent experience in it. We have spent countless hours crafting this committee to ensure you have an incredible time with us, we hope you are as excited as we are! MUN is something that appeared suddenly and changed my life completely. As my first extracurricular, MUN has truly been a way to keep myself engaged outside of school and it has taught me numerous new skills. I truly cannot wait to meet you all!
Chair Anna Sapoznik (St. Pauls)
Hi everyone! My name is Anna Sapoznik, I am from São Paulo and I am a junior at St. Paul’s School. I am beyond happy to be serving as one of your chairs for the Historical Security Council in BRAMUN XXII! My MUN journey began back in year 8, and ever since, it's been a path of growth, learning, and friendship. Through my experiences as a delegate, chair, and COO, I've gained valuable insights and met many interesting people. Chairing at BRAMUN is an amazing opportunity to promote meaningful discussions and guide delegates through diplomatic challenges, witnessing the emergence of innovative solutions to such important world issues. I very much look forward to working with Lucas and João and I hope you share in our excitement for what promises to be an exceptional conference. We really do aim to create an unforgettable experience for everyone and we hope that you enjoy the debate, learn new things, and leave as better citizens of the world. I am really excited for a fruitful debate and I hope to see many placards raised. It is an honour to be part of the leadership team this year and I hope all of you have a great time at the conference. I am looking forward to meeting everyone but in the meantime, don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions! - [email protected]
