Hello fellow delegates!
My name is Tatiana Chen and I will be serving as your Head Chair for the Security Council committee. I am currently a senior at Escola Americana de Belo Horizonte and president of our MUN club just like my two co-chairs. It was always my dream to simply attend BRAMUN when I was younger, but now, I have the honor of chairing which is beyond fulfilling my childhood dreams. Throughout the days we will spend in preparation and in debate, I hope to see all delegates dedicate their time and effort to learning the beauties of diplomacy and our globalized future. It is with great excitement that I offer all my help and guidance, so please do not hesitate to contact me. As someone who has made my closest friends through MUN, I urge all of you to always find the fun amidst fierce debate and diplomatic conversation.

See you soon,
Tatiana Han Wun Cheun Chen

Dear Delegates, my name is Thiago Mélega de Carvalho and I will be serving as Chair for the Security Council at BRAMUN! I am a Senior at EAC and the President & Secretary-General of EAC’s MUN. It is with great excitement that I extend my warmest greetings and eagerly anticipate meeting each of you! Being your Chair at BRAMUN is the realization of a long-held aspiration. I wish to moderate fruitful debates, and urge all Delegates to try your best and embrace your Delegation entirely! Beyond my MUN involvement, I am very passionate about musical theater and singing. In my free time, I frequently read about philosophy, politics and history. Feel free to contact me at any time through here, [email protected], or here @thiagomelegacarvalho. See you there!

Welcome delegates!
My name is Jorge Marder, and I am from the International School of Curitiba. I am thrilled to be acting as Chair for BRAMUN 2025’s Security Council. I've engaged with Model UN for three years, and I am beyond elated to be a member of this iteration of BRAMUN. Since the first time I raised my placard during a committee session, I can proudly affirm that chairing the Security Council has always been an objective of mine. As someone enthralled by International Law and geopolitics, feel free to ask me anything that can help you learn about the intricacies of diplomacy. Eager to be a part of and nurture BRAMUN´s next generation, I am overjoyed and committed to offering my help and advice to all my delegates within committee sessions.  Throughout the days we will be engaging in debate, I encourage each one of you to engage in intense debating so that delegates can find forward-thinking resolutions to the issues we have carefully selected. Last year, I was a member of BRAMUN´s Security Council, so I cannot understate how dear this committee is to me; be sure to do your best! I look forward to meeting you all!
